Fill the Field w/ Dan Nevins
Time & Location
About the Event
Are you ready for the biggest yoga event of the summer?
Join us for our second Fill the Field event with guest teacher Dan Nevins! Dan is a veteran, yoga teacher, and professional speaker. He inspires audiences world wide with his message of perseverance, resiliency, and hope. He has taught yoga at the White House in Washington D.C. and has been featured on Good Morning America, FOX News, CBS News, ABC News and more!
A highly decorated soldier, Dan was severely injured, resulting in the loss of his lower legs, during combat in Iraq in 2004. Dan credits the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) and Baptiste Yoga to his recovery and because of that, is an advocate for both organizations. He believes that yoga and meditation helped him heal from the invisible wounds of war and that it is an activity accessible to every-body.
We feel that now more than ever, connection and community matter and we are thrilled to bring Dan to Fort Wayne and share his story. This event is all about uplifting our community and is for families, friends, people of all ages and ability level.
Fill the Field is an opportunity to gather together and move our bodies in a healthy and empowering way.
Gates open at 5:30pm. Come early and shop your favorite local vendors!
