Ashley Mitchell, Teacher

Ashley Mitchell first stepped onto her yoga mat in 2016 after moving to Fort Wayne, Indiana and has been passionate about the practice ever since. Ashley has always viewed yoga as her re-set button and a form of physical and emotional self-care. She has found that her yoga mat serves as a mirror for her life off the mat; it allows her to quiet her mind as she moves from distraction to direction while practicing self-love, discipline and grace. Ashley is committed to connecting individuals in our community and holding space for others with integrity, vulnerability and authenticity. She began teaching group fitness in 2017, with a specific focus on pre- and post-natal fitness, and received her 200 RYT certification in 2019.
