Join Baptiste Certified instructor and Massage Therapist Jen Mills for our upcoming modifications workshop Sunday February 26th 10:15am - 12;15pm.
In this two hour workshop we will look at proper alignment in poses to keep our joints healthy and our muscles strong. We will learn and practice variations as a way of both leveling up and leveling down poses to build healthy habits in your practice. We will also discover how to use tools like blocks and straps to support our natural alignment in poses.
The tools gained from this workshop will make every pose accessible to where your body is today and give you the adaptations needed to make any level of class work for you. This workshop is designed for any level of yoga practitioner and yoga teachers.
