About the Event
Join Dan Nevins for a master class! Dan is a veteran, yoga teacher, and professional speaker. He inspires audiences world wide with his message of perseverance, resiliency and hope. He has taught yoga at the White House in Washington D.C. and has been featured on Good Morning America, FOX News, CBS News, ABC News and more!
A highly decorated soldier, Dan was severely injured, resulting in the loss of his lower legs, during combat in Iraq in 2004. Dan credits the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) and Baptiste Yoga to his recovery and because of that, is an advocate for both organizations. He believes that yoga and meditation helped him heal from the invisible wounds of war and that it is an activity accessible to every-body.
This all-levels class will be a workshop-style session designed to deliver mastery in a specific area of Baptiste Power Yoga. Please bring with you a yoga mat, blocks and straps (if you want them), water, a journal, and pen. Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class and be on your mats ready to go to ensure a prompt start time.
