Join Maddy for a 4 week Beginner Yoga Series. This series is great for yogis wanting to start their practice or deepen their knowledge of Journey Into Power (JIP). In these workshop style classes, you'll break down JIP with a focus on the poses and modifications. After completing, you'll feel empowered to take on any class on the schedule!
