Transition into Fall with Ayurveda! In this workshop you learn about Ayurveda - the ancient Indian medical system, and how to include Ayurveda practices into your life to ease your transition into fall and winter. We will conclude with a relaxing , grounding, seasonal yoga flow.

About the Event
Ayurveda- the ancient Indian medical system, teaches us that our bodies comprise the elements that make up the natural world and that as the natural world changes in season, so do we. During this time of year, we can feel that nature prepares for a colder, darker time, and our bodies also ask us to do the same.
In this workshop, you will learn about Ayurveda, how to balance vata dosha during vata season (autumn) so that your body can have an easier transition into fall and winter, and we will go through a relaxing, grounding yoga sequence that helps to balance vata.
