Are you ready to take your yoga practice off your mat and start creating powerful, meaningful changes everywhere in your life? Are you ready for a program that will look at ALL aspects of yoga? Then this is for you!

40 Days to Personal Revolution is a 6-week program based off the book written by Baron Baptiste.

Beginning Wednesday, January 12, we will dive into a daily yoga practice, daily meditation, personal inquiry, and establish a balanced diet. We will hold weekly group meetings for accountability & inspiration. Weekly meetings will be facilitated by Jen Mills and Rachel Wender.

The 40 Days to Personal Revolution book can be found for purchase on Amazon or Kindle. Please purchase beforehand and bring the book, a journal, and pen to all meetings.

​Cost: $59 member/$69 nonmember. Includes the whole 6 week course of 6-7PM Zoom only yoga classes and the 7:15PM-8:15PM Zoom discussions.
